Total Joint Orthopedic Surgeon

A prestigious physician-owned and professionally managed team in Kansas seeks a Total Joint Orthopedic Surgeon to join their team.

Position Highlights:
- Ability to quickly build to 100% Total Joint Procedures
- Surgery Hospital Partnership Available
- 1:4 Call rotation
- Exscribe - EMR (Orthopedic Surgery specific EMR)
- Dedicated NP/PA Physician Support
- Opportunity for teaching, as well as personal mentorship from current physicians

Compensation Highlights:
- Two-year guarantee in the range of $600,000 to $650,000 - negotiable based on skills and experience
- Sign-on bonus of $50,000
- Relocation assistance up to $15,000
- Fellowship stipend of $2,000 per month until completion of your fellowship (an additional $16,000 from November to June)
- Total initial package of $681,000
- In addition to immediate equity/ownership shares in the Physician-designed and owned hospital
- Comprehensive benefits package including CME allowance, CME time, and health, dental, and vision premiums covered 100% for you and your family
