Halifax Health has over 500 physicians on its Medical Staff representing more than 46 medical specialties.   PRACTICE HIGHLIGHTS:   The Family Medicine Residency Program and Sports Medicine Fellowship at Halifax Health Medical Center in Daytona Beach, Florida, is currently seeking a Family Medicine physician with fellowship training in Sports Medicine to serve as the Associate Sports Medicine Fellowship Director. Our program is well-established and is the only residency in this 764 bed full-service community hospital. We have an experienced and dedicated faculty, outstanding residents and Sports Medicine fellow, and tremendous support from our hospital administration and community. We are seeking a full-time faculty member with strong Family Medicine and Sports Medicine clinical skills as well as a passion for teaching. This position offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits.   Job responsibilities include teaching through didactic and clinical precepting within the Family Medicine Residency and Sports Medicine Fellowship.
