Variable shift times per surgical Volume and current unit needsCall required-
Approx. 4-5 call shifts per 6 week schedule block.Weekday call various shifts
from 0700-1930, available to cover call on the weekends if the need arises.

journey. This position assumes responsibility and accountability for
facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with both the healthcare team,
and the patient/family to identify and meet the physical, emotional and
spiritual needs of the patient. You will promote the optimal health, well-being
and safety of the patient through use of the nursing process and in accordance
with patient care standards, guidelines and the State Nurse Practice Act, and
demonstrate personal accountability for relationship-based care, organizational
mission, and core values. Day to Day duties: Circulate and/or Scrub on all
cases. Ortho heavy Dept. totals/trauma/ sports Medicine. Spine, Ortho Spine
w/navigation, Podiatry, Plastics, Endo, Cysto, Urology, GI, Robotics (DaVinci
XI/MAKO), Gen, ENT, Hands GYN, Urology. Associates are cross trained for all
services, no specialized service Teams. Giving breaks and/or providing
additional supplies and sterile instruments as needed during operations.
Assisting with Room turnover and restocking for next day's cases. Acting as an
advocate for patient before, during and after surgery.8 OR Suites +1 Cysto
RoomApprox. 200-300+ cases per month What You Bring/Job Requirements:In addition
to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will
need the following: * RN License required; Current state nursing licenses or RN
license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact, *
*Colorado Only:* RNs working in Colorado under a multi-state license must obtain
their CO RN license within 30 days of establishing residency, i.e., drivers
license, register to vote, etc. Compact to Compact. Upon issuance of a new

Degree in Nursing required; Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred* Graduate of

Campus offers inpatient and outpatient care with an emphasis on preventive
health, wellness and health education for the flourishing communities of the
Denver Metro North area. As the centerpiece of Centura Health's "health
neighborhood approach" we're proud to offer integrated primary and specialty
physician clinics, a Level III trauma center, a women's center with
labor/delivery suites, 100-inpatient beds and an outpatient diagnostic center
with lab and imaging services. The surgery department at St. Anthony North
Health Campus Hospital consists of six ORs and a cysto room. We are in the
process of building two more ORs and we expect them to open in Spring, 2020. We
are an ortho heavy department - fracture management, total hips, knees, and
shoulders, and the ortho service continues to grow. We also perform general,
ENT, GYN, and urology cases. The patient mix is comprised mainly of adult
surgical patients. We occasionally receive pediatric patients if they are
expectedto go home after surgery. Our mission is to provide safe care to the
