an on-call-based position. Weekend On call commitment. Call shifts starts on
Saturday 0700-Monday 0730 and one call shift during the week night 1900-0730.
Position is compensated at 38 hours a week whether called in or not; with a 30
min call-back radius required. Full time benefits apply. Candidates must commit
to 61 hours of on call during the week and sign the on call commitment memo of

Description:Assumes responsibility and accountability for facilitating,
communicating, and collaborating with both the healthcare team, and the
patient/family to identify and meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs
of the patient. Promotes the optimal health, well being and safety of the
patient through use of the nursing process and in accordance with patient care
standards, guidelines and the State Nurse Practice Act. Demonstrates personal
accountability for relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core
values. Day to Day duties: Circulate and/or Scrub on all cases. Ortho heavy
Dept. totals/trauma/ sports Medicine. Spine, Ortho Spine w/navigation, Podiatry,
Plastics, Endo, Cysto, Urology, GI, Robotics (DaVinci XI/MAKO), Gen, ENT, Hands
GYN, Urology. Associates are cross trained for all services, no specialized
service Teams. Giving breaks and/or providing additional supplies and sterile
instruments as needed during operations. Assisting with Room turnover and
restocking for next day's cases. Acting as an advocate for patient before,
during and after surgery.8 OR Suites +1 Cysto RoomApprox. 200-300+ cases per
monthWhat You Bring/Job Requirements:In addition to bringing your whole self to
the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: * RN
License required; Current state nursing licenses or RN license from a
participating state in the National Licensure Compact, * *Colorado Only:* RNs
working in Colorado under a multi-state license must obtain their CO RN license
within 30 days of establishing residency, i.e., drivers license, register to
vote, etc. Compact to Compact. Upon issuance of a new multistate license, the

Diploma or Associates Degree in Nursing required; Bachelors Degree in Nursing
preferred* Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required for new
graduates, preferred for experienced RN's* BLS from the American Heart
Association required * Two years RN experience required. * Previous OR RN
experience required. 1 yr min in OR. * Nursing skills and knowledge base
specific to specialty* Proficient in General, Urology and Ortho surgical cases
required. Physical Requirements - Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force
occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)Your

Campus offers inpatient and outpatient care with an emphasis on preventive
health, wellness and health education for the flourishing communities of the
Denver Metro North area. As the centerpiece of Centura Health's "health
neighborhood approach" we're proud to offer integrated primary and specialty
physician clinics, a Level III trauma center, a women's center with
labor/delivery suites, 100-inpatient beds and an outpatient diagnostic center
with lab and imaging services. The surgery department at St. Anthony North
Health Campus Hospital consists of six ORs and a cysto room. We are in the
process of building two more ORs and we expect them to open in Spring, 2020. We
are an ortho heavy department - fracture management, total hips, knees, and
shoulders, and the ortho service continues to grow. We also perform general,
ENT, GYN, and urology cases. The patient mix is comprised mainly of adult
surgical patients. We occasionally receive pediatric patients if they are
expectedto go home after surgery. Our mission is to provide safe care to the
