You will promote the optimal health, well-being and safety of the patient through use of the nursing process and in accordance with patient care standards, guidelines and the State Nurse Practice Act, and demonstrate personal accountability for relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core values. Day to Day duties: Acting as an advocate for patient before, during and after surgery. Circulate and/or Scrub on all cases. Primarily, Gen, Gyn, Robotics (DaVinci XI/SI), Oral Surgery, Dental, Ortho Spine, Ortho (totals/ trauma/ Sports Medicine). ENT, Urology, Podiatry, Plastics and Cancer Care. [Associates are cross trained for all services, no specialized service Teams](). May float to give breaks, provide support, and relieve for shifts.
