Orthopedic Surgeon

A private, not-for profit healthcare system is in search of a full-time Orthopedic Surgeon to join a team of providers committed to improving the health and wellness of their community comprised of northwestern New Mexico and eastern Arizona.
The Position:

Bread and butter orthopedics with an opportunity to develop a subspecialty practice

Flexible schedule with a balance between OR, clinic, and administrative time.

Established practice of 2.5 FTE Orthopedic Surgeons and an APP

BE/BC not required. Visa sponsorship available

Compensation & benefits:

Competitive base guaranteed throughout length of contract + productivity bonus + retention bonus

Substantial recruitment incentives including 25K Relocation, sign on bonus, loan repayment, residency/fellowship stipend, and closing cost for home purchase

Generous CME Time with Stipend, Holidays, PTO, sick time, and additional paid time for missionary work.
