and needs of unit- typically 5x8hrs. No call required but may need to fill in
on occasion to cover for team if need arises. Leadership call is expected for

of clinical nursing practices and patient care delivery on the assigned unit(s).
Role functions include management of human, fiscal, material, support and
systems resources while achieving and maintaining the goals of a unit or
department by focusing on the unit or department's daily operations.
Demonstrates a high level of integrity, willingness to take on new challenges
and prioritizes associate engagement. Consistently promotes a positive work
environment by being visible and available to all levels of staff and customers.
Supports associate development needs with an emphasis on evidence-based practice
and education. Overall/ Daily tasks include:Oversight to daily operations in the
departmentOversight of operational efficiencies such as on-time starts and
turnoversDevelopment of staff member to practice at the top of their license by
providing growth opportunitiesSupporting staff to have the correct tools and

linesWhat You Bring/Job Requirements:In addition to bringing your whole self to
the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: * 3 years
RN experience, required* 1-year clinical leadership experience, required*
Previous OR Experience required * Must be able to scrub and/or circulate across
multiple services * High School GED required* A degree in nursing (BSN or MSN),
required* Masters Degree preferred * RN License to practice in Colorado or
Kansas as applicable* BLS through the American Heart Association* Must sit for
appropriate board certification within six months of hire or transfer into the
role. Certification must be passed/obtained within two years of hire or transfer
into the role.* Clinical and/or Leadership certification required within 6
months of hire or transfer.* Credential: Nursing Specific- ANCC ApprovedPhysical
Requirements - Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to

room and one designated pain procedure room. We see over 500 surgeries a month.
Our partner departments of PreOp and PACU are located on the same floor as the
OR allowing for easy patient transport during the continuum of care. SPD is
located directly beneath the OR assisting in instrument and case cart movement.
We have many service lines and train our team members to be able to do
everything. Service lines include Ortho, Spine, Neuro, General, OB/GYN, Sports
Medicine, Urology, ENT, Plastics, Bariatrics, and More. Our Spine and Total
Joint Programs are JCHO certified along with our nationally certified bariatric

Technologists to join our OR Team! We prefer nurses with circulating and scrub
experience but also support nurses who circulate to learn how to scrub if that
is a professional goal. Both certified and non-certified surgical technologists
are applicable to this role and we will support you in becoming certified. The
right candidate for us is a motivated, team player who is focused on high
quality patient care and loves being in the OR. We are looking for team member
